I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Perinatal Mental Health Clinician who loves providing support to women during pregnancy and postpartum. I offer 1:1 sessions, a postpartum support group, and EMDR intensives to help process birth traumas.

You may have a million questions, feel alone or uncertain in your role as mom, or might just need some extra support. You're learning how to take care of yourself while taking care of a tiny human who depends on you for everything. It can be overwhelming.


This course gives you access to training modules that will help you be and feel your best, as a mom and beyond. You'll also have access to a private community where you can connect with other moms, ask questions and get support at any time. Coaching for Moms -

I know that all moms need support & coping strategies, even if they don’t meet the criteria for a mental health diagnosis that necessitates therapy.


Moms are busy and overwhelmed, and it’s difficult to schedule appointments around unpredictable and ever-changing nap schedules. I’ve created a remote coaching option for moms to receive support in a format that’s flexible and allows them to reach out as needed.

Through a remote voice/text messaging app, we can connect throughout the week to get you the support you need as stressors arise.

Perinatal Mental Health Assessment & Therapy $200

Feeling depressed, anxious, or just not like yourself during pregnancy or after having a baby? 1 in 6 moms develop a Perinatal Mood or Anxiety Disorder (PMAD). PMADs can impact your ability to bond with your baby and make it difficult to enjoy motherhood. But they are very treatable!


I offer 1:1 sessions (either virtual or in-person) to assess what it is going on and provide support. Together we can make a plan to get you feeling like yourself again so you can enjoy your motherhood journey.

EMDR for Birth Traumas -

Did you experience a traumatic, disappointing, or distressing birth? If so, stress, anxiety, anger, flashbacks, or overwhelming feelings may be getting in the way of your ability to enjoy time with your newborn or may be creating anxiety around a future birth.


I offer 2-hour EMDR intensive sessions, which gives us time to effectively process the experience in order to significantly decrease distress and move past the experience.


EMDR is a modern, somatic therapy tool that is safe, gentle, and highly-effective in processing trauma.
