For years this was me too, so I recognize how frustrating this can be! During this time, I had met with so many doctors and underwent so many tests to never be given any solid answers or solutions as to what was wrong with me or why I was feeling the way I was. I knew that this was no way to have to live and this is EXACTLY what I help people with through my Reiki and Energetic Coaching offerings.
Here is a little story as to my why I am here to honor and hold space for you.
5 years ago I was in the Emergency Room of a hospital just outside of Boston. I remember it was so cold out and it had been snowing that day. I had not been feeling well for a months prior that day, but after finally securing health insurance, that was the day I was finally going to try to hopefully get some answers from yet another doctor.
That don’t go as planned and I can tell you this was one day that I can say changed my life forever. That morning as I was cleaning off my car, I was feeling dizzy and don't remember much after that, except going into my house and putting my head on the cold sink. What ever virus that had been attacking my body for months had really caught up to me. I don't remember all the details, but do know that I ended up fainting in my house and when I came to I was transported to the hospital via ambulance. When I got to the ER it was found that I was suffering from a fractured my shoulder, a head wound that required staples to close and an infection that had been ravaging my body which required me to be admitted overnight.
I knew that I wanted to take a different holistic approach to healing my injuries and wasn’t really interested in the pain medication being prescribed.
Within days of discharge I had scheduled a Reiki session with an amazing practitioner. At the time of our session, I was still suffering constant pain, I was only working with one arm as the other was in a sling and still had multiple staples holding my head together. I will say I was not in the best shape that day, but didn't let that hold me back.
After this Reiki session I knew that this was something that I was going to fully incorporate into my life. I also knew I had these same gifts, that had never been brought to light, to share with others and this was the time to bring them forward. That is where it all took off and I began my journey to become a Reiki Master.
Fast forward to today… I am a Reiki Master and offer In Person and Distance Reiki sessions for both children and adults. I am an Energetic Coach that works with a direct focus on children and families who have been through their own life changing experiences. I will always be a Social Worker and have worked as a front line responder for 20+ years with children and families during the most traumatic situations in their lives.

Red Cardinal Healing offers Distance Reiki sessions for those looking to a more holistic approach of peace and healing within their lives. Distance Reiki has been described by recipients as a relaxing and calming experience despite the distance between the Reiki Master and the energy receiver. Fun fact ~ I have shared Distance Reiki with someone as far away as Australia before. Energy has no barriers and it will move to where it is most needed in the recipient's body despite the number of miles or time zones between us.
Distance Reiki has been know to also help with such things as:
* Reducing Stress and Anxiety - This includes helping the recipient with feeling more centered and at peace, along with promoting relaxation within their daily lives.
* Improving Sleep - Did you know that more than 1 in 3 people in the US alone suffer from sleep issues?? Are you or do you know one of those people? Distance Reiki can assist calming your anxious mind which in turn can lead to better and a more healthy sleep pattern.
* Pain Relief - More medical professionals in the US and abroad are looking to Reiki as a complementary form of treatment for those that are suffering from chronic pain. Recipients have also indicated that Reiki has also helped with pain post surgery or that have suffered an unexpected injury.
Distance Reiki is also perfect for people that may struggle with mobility issues or compromised immune systems which has left them homebound. It is also a life saver for the person that has an already packed schedule between family and work responsibilities. Does the thought of dealing with DMV traffic, trying to find parking on top of having to find child care turn you off from seeking your own self care? If so, this is for you! With Distance Reiki you can be anywhere to receive this energy, including the privacy of your own home in your comfy clothes.
What to expect - We will have a brief conversation prior to our session where this is your opportunity to let me know if there are any specific energy blockages that you recognize with your body that need attention. This will also be the time for you to share any concerns or ask any questions that you may have. Prior to the session, I will provide you with the music I will be playing on my end, so feel free to grab some headphones and listen along. If you have the option, grab a cozy blanket and find yourself a quiet place where you can freely surrender for maximum benefit of your precious time.
In my home studio I will also be playing the same music along with having the soothing smell of aromatherapy permeating through the air as I would for an in person session. My only request is that you be open and allow your body to receive during this energy exchange.
At the start of this session I will set an intention and then conduct an energetic scan of your body to identify any energy blockages that may pop up. You will be guided to relax in a comfortable position, wherever you are located. While you focus on relaxation, I will use specific hand placements and symbols, while drawing on the concept of universal life force energy, to send healing energy your way. During this time I will spend time with each of the 7 main Chakras, along with other areas within your body, to clear out any stagnant energy that you may be unknowingly holding onto. The session will end with a moment of grounding in the foot area of your body, with the intention of assisting you feel more secure and confident in making decisions with situations you are facing within your life.
What happens at the end of our session? Within 12 hours after the session I will send you an overview of our time together and anything that may have come forward on my end, via your provided email address. You are always able to reach out for a brief post session, scheduled call if needed to discuss anything that you felt during your sitting. These offerings are 1 hour sessions for adults. I also offer 30 minute sessions for children under the age of 18.
