At Sage House Counseling & Art Therapy, we strive for holistic wellbeing above all else. We believe everyone has the ability to be held and healed with effective, evidence-based approaches. We start by listening to what is working and what is not. We then create a customized treatment plan unique to your needs and goals. Our clinicians draw on years of experience and creative approaches that really work. We offer traditional talk therapy as well as art therapy, play therapy, and sand tray therapy. We also offer mindfulness-based therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy. We work with you to help you rediscover your innate wisdom and align from the inside out.

Parent Coaching at Sage House Therapy is offered by Christina Hagemeier, who is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Registered Art Therapist. With Christina, coaching sessions combine a therapeutic lens with an interactive style, allowing for greater awareness and lasting change. Parent coaching sessions address some of the most common parenting challenges.
