Prenatal and postpartum Pilates classes are taught on the apparatus, using the springs to build strength, mobility, and stability while supporting your ever changing body. Class is appropriate for birthing people at any stage of your pregnancy! We do ask for clearance from your OB or midwife to join this class. For those postpartum, we recommend joining if you're new in your journey returning to movement or if you feel you are having trouble connecting to your breath, your body, or your pelvic floor regardless of how long it's been since you've given birth.
