The Nurture Nook is a community space for parents in the DC area. We are focused on improving the prenatal, birth, and postpartum experience by offering a variety of services, education, and community events in our physical space in Fairfax, VA. It is our foundational belief that everyone deserves a positive and supported transition into parenthood. All of our educational workshops and classes are taught by providers we trust. These classes and services are inclusive, safe spaces to learn, ask questions, prepare for becoming a parent, and heal. We invite you to make The Nurture Nook your home away from home!

| Baby & Me Yoga | $85 |
This repeating four-week postpartum (& baby) yoga series is all about connecting with your postpartum body and bonding with your baby. For babies, ranging in age from six weeks to pre-crawling.
Gentle stretching and movement can help with circulation, digestion, muscle development, and promote better sleep. This series of one-hour classes will allow you and your baby to bond and promote relaxation. Classes are casual and will include time to chat with other parents, meditation, breathing exercises, and beginner-friendly poses to do with your baby.
This space welcomes nursing, feeding, diaper changing, baby soothing, walking, bouncing and snacking.
Please bring your mat, blankets for baby, and anything else you feel you may need. All moods are welcome!

Join us Friday mornings from 9:30 - 11:00am for FREE coffee & community in the Nurture Nook living room.
All are welcome! The Nurture Circles are open to both pregnant and new parents, those who are lactating, bottle feeding, and parents with all types of birth experiences. Our group is facilitated by Postpartum Support Virginia-trained support group leaders.
There is no need to pre-register, just come when you can, as you are, and stay as long as you like! We can't wait to welcome you! |

| Birth Story Medicine Sessions | $75 |
Birth is a unique journey for everyone. Allow yourself to heal from a difficult experience through a birth story medicine session with guided, solution-focused dialogue.
Our birth story sessions are intended to explore those parts of your birth and help you find peace and new meaning as you continue along that journey. Your session will be individually tailored to discover what is still unresolved or feels broken or painful about your birth.
Each private session is approximately 90 minutes in length and is led by Nurture Nook co-founder, Linsay Hiller, a Certified Birth Story Medicine® Birth Story Listener. |
