New Moms Group: Every Thursday at the Inova Center for Personalized Health from 12:00 to 1:30 p.m.
New Moms Return to Work Group: Every second Saturday of the month at the Inova Center for Personalized Health from 10:30 to 12 p.m.

Directions to room: Park in lot D on Peterson Discovery Drive. Enter Building 8100 under the glass skybridge. Take elevators down to LL and enter Studio 3 via the gym.

2023 Fall Speaker Series for Parents of Toddlers

Join us to hear live presentations from our speakers followed by Q&A. Upon registration, you will be able to anonymously submit questions for our speakers. Recordings of the speakers will be emailed the following day. We will meet every Tuesday evening, 8-9pm, September 19, 26, and October 3, 10, 17 and 24. Recordings will be still be available for purchase after completionof the series.
