Back to basics. Understanding the foundation for good dietary, exercise, sleep, and stress management habits will help you have the confidence to start implementing changes right away and realizing the results. This strong foundation is key to successful transformation and behavior change, and everything will build from here.

Deep dive into the “Well” of primary and secondary food. Deep diving into your diet will help you learn how to find the right foods to fuel your body and meet your goals. We’ll also cover the concept of primary food so that you understand how various aspects of your life impact your overall health and you will walk away with strategies to feel more balanced.

Fit more fitness into your daily life. Developing strategies for a more well-rounded fitness routine, including building onto existing cardio workouts and introducing resistance training programing, will help you have more energy, elevate your mood, and achieve better results related to your weight and fitness goals.

Master a positive mindset. Implementing stress management techniques, positive self-talk, mantras, and affirmations will help you stay on-track and continue with the momentum you’ve developed to reach your goals. Focusing on the importance of mindset will give you the tools you need to break through barriers, avoid self-sabotage, and overcome limiting beliefs.

Self-care: the balance between selfish and selfless. Exploring sleep and identifying what self-care means for you will help you implement strategies to avoid burnout and find ways to rest and reset so that you can be the best version of yourself.

Be Well Nutrition Assessment $350

Looking for a jump start or tune-up of your daily nutrition habits? Then the Be Well Nutrition Assessment is perfect for you!

This nutrition assessment consists of a 15-minute introductory call (scheduled now), a comprehensive review of food log and dietary preferences, body mass index and metabolic rate calculation and analysis, a detailed recommendations report based on your goals, and a 60-minute debrief session (scheduled during the 15-minute intro call) to review recommendations and answer questions. You’ll walk away with an understanding of the foundation for good dietary habits, the confidence to start implementing healthy diet changes right away, and a roadmap to a healthier (and happier) you!

Be Fit with Be Well Personal Training $40

Are you new to exercise and don’t know where to start? Do you want to take your exercise routine to the next level? Do you need help training for an upcoming race or competition? If you answered yes to any of these questions, then the Be Fit with Be Well Personal Training Program is perfect for you!

This totally customizable program will provide the structure needed to be more physically active and will directly support your fitness, weight management, and overall wellness goals. The Be Fit with Be Well Personal Training Program includes: Introductory assessment to baseline fitness, discuss challenges, and set goals. Customized fitness program, including weekly exercise schedule and strength training plan, tailored to client’s specific fitness level and goals.
