Postpartum support looks different for every family. It is our intention as postpartum doulas to do the "heavy-lifting" for you. Postpartum doula support allows mothers and families to focus on healing, bonding with their little one, and cherishing the special time that is the fourth trimester.
Postpartum doula support includes tasks such as: Lovingly caring for your baby so that you can rest Basic lactation support Light household chores such as dishes and laundry Helping care for additional children Meal prep and cooking Grocery shopping or other errands Offering advice, education, and resources surrounding feeding, infant sleep, postpartum healing and nutrition, and more Helping you navigate the complexities of the fourth trimester |

Sleep deprivation can lead to frustration and low morale, which can, unfortunately, lead to postpartum depression. As nighttime postpartum doulas, it is our mission to provide you with the peace of mind that will allow you and your family to sleep well through the night.
